1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777up platform, accessible at 777up.asia, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, tools, and services operated under the 777up brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("Player", "User", "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777up. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting services on 777up, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

777up reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and permanently suspend accounts where prohibited conduct is identified. 777up may refer suspicious activity to relevant legal and regulatory authorities.

8. Game Rules and Betting

All games and betting markets on the 777up Platform are governed by specific game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market. Bets are final once confirmed. 777up reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game where a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error has occurred.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical interruptions, network failures, or third-party service disruptions. 777up's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
